It present the idea of storytelling as a tool for culture animation and narrative experience of members of the group. It includes also examples of projects.

Studnia O. and "Katedra Kultury" Association invite you to Warsaw Breakfast commited to Ochota district. As always prepare yourself for tales of the city, wonderful guests and yummy food.
The next Warsaw Breakfast is approaching - this time we are going to visit old Praga and look for her mystieries in artisan workshops, ateliers, on trams and in streets. The breakfast is being prepared in cooperation with pupils of Wielokulturowe Humanistyczne Liceum im. Jacka Kuronia.

The third Warsaw Breakfast committed to Powiśle took place on September the 30th at Instytut Teatralny. Delicious food, interesting stories about the district, photo riddles, and as you might expect, the Vistula river as a center of recreation.
Yesterday (27th June, 18.00-22.00) we celebrated one of wonders of Warsaw - Stadion X-lecia. Worth celebrating not only because existing in Warsaw for more than half a century - as a stadium and then as a market - but also because these are the last days of Stadion as we know it (it will be closed by the end of June and replaced by National Stadion for Euro 2012). Music has been played (Gadajaca Tykwa and Nic Wielkiego), stories told (Armenian and Vietnamese), food eaten (Armenian lavash, Georgian basturma, Vietnamese corriander), ghosts of Stadion recalled (Szurkowski and his mysterious disappearance in tunel - during Wyscig Pokoju, Stanisław Królak and his bicycle, legendary bare-foot Leonidas, Kazimierz Deyna, Paweł Janas and the last fatal goal in 1983 and many others) and finally - real football played by real people. Four hours spent with people of Warsaw (app.120) inside Stadion like inside spaceship, wind and changing weather, sunset and moonshine, this is what is experienced. For those unlucky ones who has not participated: it will never happen again and life of this city has changed; so - by totally unserious activities like singing, playing football and eating - we left our trace in history. And legend born yesterday is - at least - like from here to Gdansk.

- people came (about 80) - different age, different generations; and they told their stories - it was definitely this kind of event when people talk more than so called storytellers;
- excellent food (but because of Pawel’s perfection it was easy to predict) with good stories

The first Warsaw Breakfast „Saska Kępa – small big city” will take place on May 20th (Sunday), 12.00, at Instytut Teatralny (Al.Ujazdowskie 6)
Menu: Tastes dry and sweet, Turkish and Hungarian, all from Saska Kepa, stories, talks, music and food.
Special guests: Hanna Faryna Paszkiewicz, historian of architecture, person from Saska Kepa
Students from B. Prus High School – and new wonders of Saska Kepa discovered by them
